The Student Development Cell of Sarhad Law School is established to promote the holistic development of students by complementing classroom learning with opportunities for personal, academic, professional and social growth. Recognising that legal education extends beyond theoretical instruction, the Cell strives to develop competent, ethical, socially responsible and professionally skilled legal professionals equipped to meet the evolving demands of the legal profession and society.
The Cell functions in alignment with the objectives and initiatives of the Student Development Board, Savitribai Phule Pune University, and supports the University's vision of promoting inclusive student welfare, holistic personality development and active student participation in institutional and societal development.

Under the Student Development Board of Savitribai Phule Pune University, the “Earn & Learn” Scheme enables deserving and needy students to earn a stipend by working part-time within the institution while continuing their studies — building financial independence, discipline and work experience alongside their legal education.
