Sarhad Law School has constituted a Grievance Redressal Cell in accordance with UGC norms. Every grievance is treated confidentially, examined impartially and resolved in a time-bound manner. No complainant will be victimised for raising a grievance in good faith.
Lodge your grievance using the online form below, in writing to the office, or through the suggestion box on campus.
The Grievance Redressal Cell records the grievance and acknowledges receipt.
The Cell examines the matter, hears the parties concerned and seeks a resolution.
The decision is communicated to the complainant. Unresolved matters are escalated to the Principal / University.
Your grievance goes directly to the Grievance Redressal Cell and is treated in confidence. You may leave your contact details blank if you wish to remain anonymous, though this may limit our ability to respond.
For ragging complaints you may also use the national helpline 1800-180-5522 or antiragging.in. For complaints of sexual harassment, please contact the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).
