23rd July 2025, the surrounding turned into a space of calmness and
reflection as the students took part in a session titled “Gratitude Circle –
Embracing Life’s Journey”. The activity focused on cultivating the beautiful
practice of gratitude—to pause, breathe, and reflect upon all the people,
experiences, and lessons that shape our lives. As soft, peaceful sounds played
in the background, the students sat in quiet meditation, gently revisiting
memories of both the highs and lows they had encountered, and each student was
encouraged to think about the people who have supported them, the challenges
that made them stronger, and the simple joys often taken for granted. Through
this meditative experience, students were reminded that gratitude is a powerful
tool that fosters emotional well-being, resilience, and inner peace and also
showed their emotions. The session encouraged everyone to carry a thankful
heart, to acknowledge even the smallest acts of kindness, and to stay grounded
in humanity.
